Description
The Department for Work and Pensions (the "Department") is looking to undertake a series of market engagement activities to support the department in developing its strategy for the future delivery of the DWP Estates Integrator Model services, beyond the expiry of the current contract in January 2028. This notice is for the purpose of initiating market engagement activity for Project DASI. Market feedback will be sought through questionnaires and potential one-to-one supplier sessions that may take place in early 2027, but supplier sessions are not guaranteed and is subject to change. INTRODUCTION The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the UK’s biggest public service department, administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability, and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers. DWP Estates is a critical enabler to ensure the Department’s strategic aims and operational needs are met. DWP manages the largest commercial leasehold estate in government: approximately 1.2 million sqm across c.770 sites including 630 operational Jobcentres and 74 Service and Support Centres in operation.
