This requirement is to procure a call-off contract for 4 years with a Contract Value up to £50m (including VAT) Technology Programmes requires a compliant, centrally managed route to market through which DS Technology Programmes support services can be procured to enable the delivery of Digital Services (DS) capex plan as well as supporting wider initiatives funded outside of DS. This contract is a Strategic arrangement to provide DS project delivery skills and capacity rather than progressing multiple tactical procurements. There are a number of Digital Roads initiatives coming through the pipeline and a ramp up of the Digital Services Operating model across National Highways. It is anticipated this call off contract will provide the DS Technology Programmes resource to deliver DS commitments to the end of RIS2.
