Description

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the future delivery of the Health Survey for England (HSE) 2028-2031. HSE is the principal national survey used to measure and monitor the health of people living in private households in England and provides nationally representative information on health status, health-related behaviours, long-term conditions, disease prevalence and health inequalities. DHSC is seeking feedback from potential suppliers on the proposed procurement approach and draft specification for the end-to-end delivery of HSE from the 2028 survey year onwards. The requirement covers the design and delivery of the survey, including survey development, sampling, participant recruitment, mixed-mode data collection, physical and biological measurements, laboratory services, data processing, statistical analysis, reporting, publication support and data archiving.
