Description
The service has confirmed that this procurement and tender process has delivered exactly what was set out in the original Procurement Route to Market Assessment, along with what is outlined in the specification. That being a suitable consultant has been identified to develop and Options Appraisal for a new Dewsbury Leisure and Health Centre. This scope includes: 1. Reviewing existing evidence: Cabinet reports, engagement findings, impact assessments, and in the event that any notable gaps in evidence / knowledge exist, carry out appropriate additional needs assessment work. 2. Community & Stakeholder Engagement: engagement with key partners and stakeholders is required to understand the potential for co-location and integration of services 3. Options Appraisals: Make recommendations about the appropriate facility mix, taking into account required public leisure/health and wellbeing elements to meeting the current and longer-term future needs of the community. 4.
