Description

ST Connect are seeking to run a competitive flexible procurement process to appoint a contractor for the design and build of a new Wastewater Recycling Centre and ancillary services at Beeston Park, Norwich. The first stage will be a PSQ stage where it is envisaged that a tender list of 3 to 5 contractors will be drawn up, comprising the highest scoring evaluated PSQ submissions, to be invited to submit tenders for the project. The contractors scope will be to fulfil the duties of the Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations and complete the design, build, commissioning and operational proving of the wastewater recycling centre including the completion of a fully co-ordinated technical design to meet the requirements of a performance specification provided by ST Connect, the discharge of all remaining statutory conditions and compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards, permits and licenses.
