The Council is conducting preliminary market engagement to inform its procurement initiative and strategy, and would like to hear from interested parties with a proven track record in public sector procurement processes and regulatory regimes, the marketing, structuring, and management of construction and developer frameworks, commercial models, and call offs for end-users.
