Description
This procurement establishes a multi-lot framework agreement for the supply of paint supplies, tenant paint pack and voucher solutions, and decorating services for use by public sector organisations. The framework is designed to provide a compliant and flexible route to market for high-quality decorating products and services, supporting property maintenance, refurbishment, tenant engagement, and asset management activities across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and other public sector environments. Lot 1: Paint Supplies Provision of paint products, coatings, decorating materials, consumables, and associated accessories through a national network of decorator centres and trade counters. Services may include colour matching, tinting, technical support, product advice, account management, and other value-added services to support public sector maintenance, refurbishment, and decorating requirements. Lot 2: Decorating Solutions for Tenants Provision of tenant paint pack and voucher schemes, including product supply, voucher issuance and redemption, fulfilment, customer support, scheme administration, and management information reporting.
