Daw’r ‘Cytundeb Tai â Chefnogaeth Gogledd Cymru’ rhanbarthol presennol i ben ar 31 Mawrth 2027. Bydd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn gweithredu fel y ‘Corff Arweiniol’ / ‘Comisiynydd Arweiniol’ (yn gweithredu ar ran: Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr; Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy; Cyngor Gwynedd; Cyngor Sir Dinbych; Cyngor Sir y Fflint; Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn a Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (‘y Partneriaid Comisiynu’)) ar y Gwahoddiad i Dendro (ITT) ar gyfer ‘Cytundeb Tai â Chefnogaeth Gogledd Cymru (2027)’ rhanbarthol newydd a fydd yn dechrau ar 1 Ebrill 2027. Bydd ‘Cytundeb Tai â Chefnogaeth Gogledd Cymru (2027)’ yn canolbwyntio ar brif egwyddorion Tai â Chefnogaeth a bydd yn ceisio hyrwyddo cefnogi unigolion i fyw mor annibynnol â phosibl. Yn yr amser cyn cyhoeddi’r ITT, bydd y Partneriaid Comisiynu yn cynnal ‘Cyfarfod â’r Prynwr’ a sesiynau ymgynghori / ymgysylltu eraill gyda darparwyr Tai â Chefnogaeth.
