Description
To carry out all associated external repairs and decoration works to the properties within the agreed programme. Property types to include • Houses • Bungalows • Low/medium-rise flat blocks • Communal internal areas • Outbuildings, garages and associated structures Pre‑works survey including checking services, access, and condition. Tenant liaison: letter drop 14 days before works, appointment management, vulnerable tenant support. Resident liaison/communication. Identify asbestos or suspect materials.
