Description
The Outreach Short Breaks Service is a specialist provision providing home-based and community-based support to children and young people assessed as eligible by the SEND FHS. This service specification has two separate Lots. Lot One: At home and/or community support Provide care to a child or young person with medium or high needs at home, or to support with accessing community facilities. Lot Two: Group based community activities Provide group-based community activities for children and young people with medium or complex needs. The procurement is for services which are considered Light Touch Regime (LTR) services under the Public Frameworks Regulations 2015, as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations (“Regulations”). Accordingly, the Council is only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 ‘Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7, Social and Other Specific Services’ 74 to 76 of the Public Frameworks Regulations 2015.
