Description
Devon County Council (DCC) & Torbay Council (TC) are anticipating jointly procuring an Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Service to be in place from 1st July 2025. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations do not apply to this award. Devon and Torbay local authorities are seeking to improve our planning ahead of recommissioning Integrated sexual and reproductive health services by engaging with potential suppliers on our commissioning intentions. The Commissioning Intentions: Integrated sexual and reproductive health services for Devon and Torbay document outlines an approach for the market to consider and to respond to Devon and Torbay local authorities on. We are seeking feedback on the approach outlined and welcome the markets' views on; A. Operational feasibility of a single lot and scope (1-6) of the service elements. B. The reasonableness of budget ambitions within the context of the vision, scope which meets population need and demand. …
