The processing of updates for the CRT, particularly when new systematic reviews may cover many of the same primary studies as existing reviews.  The interpretation of systematic reviews that focus on 'meta-interventions' that cover multiple models and approaches.  The interpretation of meta-analyses in systematic reviews and the advisability of disaggregation.  The presence of negative effects in one or more primary studies, which may influence the overall effect score of a summary.  The quality of primary studies which may have a significant influence on narratives.  The complexity of the Excel spreadsheet for coding systematic reviews (the codebook).
