Description
South Norfolk Council (SNC), working in partnership with Cringleford Parish Council (CPC), intends to appoint a Lead Landscape Architect-led multidisciplinary consultant team to support the development and delivery of the Cringleford Park Project. The appointed consultant team will lead the development of a landscape-led park scheme, supported by project management, cost control, technical feasibility work, design development, and stakeholder engagement. The commission will cover the RIBA Plan of Work (Stages 0-2) with break clauses at the completion of each RIBA stage, enabling the client to review progress and viability before proceeding to the subsequent stage.
