Description
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) seeks to procure and award a new commercial framework agreement which will provide public sector buyers with routes to market to procure construction works with associated goods and services in relation to built assets and infrastructure. This framework is intended to replace and combine existing CCS frameworks RM6088 (Construction Works and Associated Services), RM6267 (Construction Works and Associated Services 2 / ProCure 23) upon their natural expiry in October 2026. This new framework agreement will also incorporate the current CCS offering RM6184 (Offsite Construction Solutions) with a slight overlap up until the current RM6184 expires in January 2027. The scope of the framework will comprise supplier design, manufacture, supply and installation of construction works and services including civil engineering and infrastructure, hire and purchase of 2D and 3D offsite construction solutions.
