Description
Leeds Trinity University (LTU) has an ambitious campus masterplan and programme of high value capital projects. This masterplan is aimed at developing new buildings and facilities that address legacy issues e.g., the condition and compliance of some of the older infrastructure, accessibility, expansion of the curriculum portfolio (Biomedical, Allied Health and Built Environment) while also addressing other interdependencies such as ways of working. The development of these projects requires significant construction activities, including small, medium, and large refurbishments of the current infrastructure, as well as demolition, installation of temporary buildings and building new facilities on the Horsforth campus and City Centre campus. This investment and construction activity is on a scale and at a pace that has not been undertaken by LTU previously.
