Description
The services to be provided under this contract are complex domiciliary home care services, for adults, children and young people, and adults with progressive degenerative conditions. This contract has been awarded based on a framework, and without competition. The contract is activity-based, using set prices in the local prices schedule of the contract. The services will be delivered from 1st September 2024, until 31st March 2032.
