Description
Cambourne Town Council is seeking an experienced registered Charity or Community Interest Company (CIC) to occupy and operate from its new building to deliver foodbank and/or community food distribution services. The Council is particularly interested in organisations that can demonstrate: Proven experience in delivering foodbank, food distribution, or wider food insecurity support services Strong safeguarding, governance, and operational procedures Previous work in partnership with, or alongside, local government authorities The ability to operate sustainably and meet community need effectively A track record of partnership working with local agencies and voluntary sector organisations Applicants must be able to provide a minimum of two references, with preference given to organisations able to evidence prior collaboration with local authority or public sector partners.
