Description
Annual gas safety check to be completed in line with GSIUR 1998 - to be completed between months 10 and 11 of the due date, with none running into the final month of compliance. Documentation to be provided within 48 hours of completion. PPM - To be completed on a quarterly basis in line with appliance manufacturers specification and instruction. Certification/documentation to be provided detailing drop test, inspection of all equipment, supply pipework, electrical supplies, valves and components within the plant room, photographic evidence will be required. Detail of system water testing to be provided. Repairs to be completed within an expedited manner and strong sense of urgency, understanding all residents require a high level of customer service during breakdown events. Contingency for the provision of temporary heating and hot water should be considered. Quotation to be provided prior to repairs, authorisation being essential prior to affectation of the repair. Documentation post works completion to be provided prior to invoicing of works.
