Description

For an Employers Agent and CDM Advisor for 60x units at Coates Road, Coates. The EA role will include, but is not limited to: advising on and negotiating the land acquisition for the development of these 60 units, organise and chair pre-contract meetings, and advise on development programme. The CDMA role will include, but is not limited to: assisting the contracting authority in meeting their legal obligations as set out in the CDM 2015 regulations.
