Platform Housing Group is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified suppliers to provide cleaning and caretaking services to our residential blocks and supported housing schemes. 3 localities: Severn, Tame, Witham 97 Properties 705 Cleaning Hours Each Week 36,660 Cleaning Hours per Year (109,980 Hours Over 3 Year Contract) 3 Year Contract + Possible 1 Year Extension
