Description
Yorkshire Water is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to inform the development and procurement strategy for a future Regulatory Consultancy Framework. The proposed framework is intended to provide access to specialist economic, regulatory, financial, strategic, policy, market analysis, business planning, customer research and associated consultancy services to support Yorkshire Water's regulatory and business objectives. We are seeking input from suppliers with relevant expertise and experience in the water sector and wider regulated industries to help shape the scope, structure and delivery model of the framework. Through this engagement, Yorkshire Water aims to better understand current market capabilities, supplier capacity, emerging regulatory and industry trends, and innovative approaches to delivering high-quality consultancy services. Suppliers are invited to express an interest in participating in early market engagement discussions.
