Description
The Guinness Partnership Limited, together with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is establishing a single-lot framework for the provision of cleaning and associated services. The framework will cover communal cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and the removal of bulk waste for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. The framework will support both planned scheduled services and reactive requirements, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents and building users. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following: Communal Cleaning Routine, periodic, and reactive cleaning of shared areas Cleaning of entranceways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, and lobbies Deep cleans and enhanced hygiene requirements Cleaning of hard floors, carpets, and mats Cleaning of communal kitchens, laundries, and amenity rooms Bin store and refuse area hygiene High-level dusting and environmental hygiene Emergency cleaning and responsive attendance Window Cleaning Internal and external window cleaning Abseil, cradle, MEWP, and pole-fed cleaning methods Cleaning of glazing, façades, atria glass, balcony glass, and partitions Gutt…
