Description
The Guinness Partnership Limited, with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, has awarded qualified and experienced contractors for inclusion on its newly established Buildings Remediation Framework. This Framework supports both planned and reactive remediation projects across residential and mixed-use properties and is available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities. The procurement was conducted through an open process. The opportunity was open to all competent contractors with demonstrable experience in building remediation and fire safety. Bidders were able to apply for one or more workstreams, via CPV codes, UK regions, and contract value bands, reflecting their organisational capability, experience, and capacity. This ensured equitable access for organisations of all sizes. ProcurePublic encouraged submissions from SMEs, regional contractors, specialist providers, and established tier 1 contractors. Applicants were permitted to select the project size/value band for which they wished to be considered, supporting proportionality and fairness in line with best procurement practice.
