Description
Children's Festival Medical Provision Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council will be holding its Children's Festival event on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June 2024. We are looking for a medical provider to supply the appropriate medical cover for this event. Sandwell Children's Festival is a family friendly event that will see attendance of around 2000 people per day (1500 expected peak), and will be packed with family workshops and activities, live music, and entertainment. The event will run from 1100 to 1800 each day at Sandwell Valley Country Park, Salters Lane, West Bromwich, B71 4BG. Cover is required for the following*: DATE ROLE NUMBER REQUIRED EXPECTED HOURS 1/6/24 FREC3 4 1030-1830 2/6/24 FREC3 4 1030-18/30 *Required staffing levels have been calculated using the Purple Guide classification of a Tier 2 event based on numbers and activities.
