Description
The service will support the delivery of the DLN ICB Cluster's Community Nursing in Education Settings (CNIES) commissioning model. The provider will work in partnership with education settings across the ICB cluster footprint to ensure that children and young people with complex physical health needs can play an active role in school life and achieve their academic potential.
