Description

BBC Children in Need is seeking to procure an Online Donation Platform, a detailed specification is set out in Section C - Specification of Requirement. BBC CiN requires a supplier to develop and host an online donation platform which will receive payments from donors and fundraisers year-round. The platform will be live throughout the year, with the main promotion during the Appeal Night of TV, which drives tens of thousands of donations through the page on the Friday and the following weekend, in a pattern of peaks and troughs relative to the broadcast content. The platform receives additional promotion on special programmes outside of the main Appeal Show (such as The One Show Challenge Squad, Countryfile Ramble, etc.) which require continual monitoring. The Supplier will make available appropriate staff for set-up, testing, technical support, responding to BBC CiN queries, post-show reviews, and any other assistance that is required.
