Description
Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) have an opportunity to expand their provisions of Bereavement Services for the North and South Ceredigion Cluster Areas and are looking to commission a suitable provider to undertake this work for the County’s population. The successful provider will need to be able to communicate and liaise with our population through the medium of Welsh and provide in-person home contacts to the hard-to-reach areas across the rural geography due to limited public transport options, and patients’ inability to travel independently, therefore, this would be a critical factor for the service provision.
