Description
The Council requires a contractor ('the Contractor') to undertake reactive waste management for its social housing sites. The primary purpose of the contract will be to respond to reactive waste reports, within the agreed service level agreement (SLA) timeframe, safely remove the waste and to leave the site in a safe condition. This will allow the Council to maintain a clean, tidy and well-maintained housing stock that reflects service requirements alongside good environmental practice, constituting the Contract. It is a requirement that the successful Contractor must be an appropriately licensed waste carrier with the Environment Agency. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process.
