Description
You are invited to tender for the for the Conversion of the existing retail and café unit at Priory View, Dunstable into 8 residential apartments. Priory View is an Independent Living Scheme managed and owned by Central Bedfordshire Council. The building was constructed in 2015/2016 and is comprised of 82 self-contained apartments and some community facilities which includes a hair salon, a bar and restaurant open to the public and therapy rooms. Works will involve construction of a new first floor for the new apartments, M & E installation, new external façade, fit out of the new apartments and new landscaping. The existing building will be occupied during the works. The project has got planning approval, ref. CB/21/03224/REG3.
