Description
Haringey Council wishes to commission a Capacity Building Partner for the Voluntary and Community Sector in Haringey. The contract is a joint initiative between Haringey Council and North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB). The Council is committed to supporting a vibrant, sustainable and diverse voluntary and community sector and recognises that strong communities and community assets are key contributors to improving the life chances, health and wellbeing of the population and reducing health inequalities The Capacity Building Partner will drive forward change and embed new approaches, initiatives and support the delivery of councils and ICB's strategic priorities. This includes commitment to implementing a new, fair, equitable and transparent approach to working with the VCS, setting out a cross-cutting commitment to knowing our communities better and developing a strong civil society, that is resilient, cohesive and puts residents at the centre.
