Description

The Department for Transport intends to procure a contract to provide delivery of CIPD accredited qualifications in the United Kingdom at Foundation, Associate and Advanced Levels. Upon completion of a qualification, learners will receive the relevant CIPD membership depending on the qualification. The qualifications to be delivered are: - CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice - CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management - CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development - CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management - CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development Given the dispersed nature of the DfTc HR workforce, the Supplier must facilitate fully remote delivery for all the CIPD Qualifications - but may offer additional delivery options. The DfT's detailed technical and other requirements for this opportunity (Requirements) are set out in Schedule 2 (Requirements Specification).
