Description
The Group employ a variety of roles which are impacted by the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Building Regulations 2010. This includes Building Surveyors and Project Managers overseeing survey and refurbishment work in the Group's social housing stock. This stock includes 25 high-rise residential buildings where the Group are the Principal Accountable Person. The Group appoint external Principal Contractors and Principal Designers to carry out this work, however, retain all client responsibilities for the work. The Group require a competent person to deliver training to nominated colleagues to provide an overview of the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 (the Act) and the changes to Building Regulations introduced by the Act.
