Description

Scottish Historic Buildings Trust invites responses from Conservation Architect led Design Teams, with Architect acting as Lead Consultant, Principal Designer and Contract Administrator, and including (as a minimum) Conservation Accredited Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, and Landscape Architect, for the restoration of the Bernat Klein Studio. The initial commission is to prepare indicatively costed concept design proposals to RIBA Stage 2.
