Description

Electrical Inspection Contract and remedial works to predominantly occupied residential properties and Portable Appliance Testing to the Associations offices and furnished void properties. Remedy works will be at the discretion of Ayrshire Housing Association and should not be carried out without the associations instruction. The approximate number of residential properties included in the contract is 1,032.
