This contract covers the digitalisation of HR records that are currently held in microfiche format. Following a tender exercise under CCS framework RM6175 (Records Information Management, Digital Solutions and Associated Services), the contract was awarded to Iron Mountain (UK) Plc - and signed on 21 December 2023. The contract start date is 03 January 2024. It will last for an initial period of two months (until 03 March 2024), with provision to extend for a further month if required at no change to the contract value. The firm maximum contract value is £58,307.88.
