External jet washing and surface cleaning works at a university campus.The objectives of this service are to:• Improve campus appearance and presentation.• Remove algae, moss, dirt, grime, chewing gum, staining, and biological growth.• Improve slip resistance and pedestrian safety.• Reduce long-term deterioration of external surfaces.• Ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to university operations.• Ensure environmental and drainage controls are properly managed.
