Description
The University is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake works in connection with the construction of solar canopy installations, including PV panels, containers, framing structure, and signage, at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS).The Contractor will be responsible for completing the Works relevant to the project and based on the Specification / Scope. Inclusive of this project is a 12-month defects liability period. Please note, the following roles have been set out as part of the Contract:- Client: University of Strathclyde- Contract Administrator: Steve Harris, Senior Project Manager, University of Strathclyde- Principal Designer: HLMAD Ltd T/A HLM Architects (05047778)- Quantity Surveyor: MGAC LLP1.
