Description
The University is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake works related to a project for the construction of a semiconductor cleanroom (ISO Class 7) and associated M&E installations at our Advanced Net Zero Innovation Centre (ANZIC) located at the Rolls Royce factory / Inchinnan. This includes the integration into existing building M&E services / systems, and localised alterations to wall / roof cladding for service penetrations.The Contractor will be responsible for completing the Works relevant to the project and based on the Specification / Scope. Inclusive of this project is a 12-month defects liability period.
