Description
The University is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake a project to replace air handling units with the Curran Building. The project involves the design, coordination and development, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical services for the replacement of air handling units within the Curran Building. The Contractor will be responsible for completing the Works relevant to the project and based on the Specification. Inclusive of this project is a 12-month defects liability period.
