Award of a Call-Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Rail Track Engineering course for Prisoners at HMP HighDown. Included in the training, the following competencies: - The delivery of PTS Awareness, including AC & DCCR electrification, non-accredited.
