Description
The council are considering undertaking a full audit of water usage, waste water and property drainage (Surface Water) for council assets. The overall objection is to secure cost reduction and recovery of water charges by challenging the Water Retailer and Wholesaler Scottish Water. The council are seeking to use this notice to request information and as a means of engaging with the market in order to: - Ascertain who can provide these services to the council - Refine our requirements and ensure we are maximising the opportunities for innovation - Gather feedback from suppliers on high level solution overviews
