Description

Buckinghamshire Council (BC) is seeking to create an approved supplier list (ASL) of suitably quality checked non Ofsted registered Tutors to Buckinghamshire children and young people who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). Tutors appointed on this List MUST have current DBS enhanced certificate. The Approved Supplier List (ASL) will be Buckinghamshire Council's main route for sourcing spot non registered education provision of tutoring provision. Suppliers who have signed up to the ASL will, as required, provide support to Buckinghamshire children and young people aged 0-25 who have an EHCP with specific educational needs and outcomes as identified in Section B,E & F of the EHCP and are currently not on roll or attending an educational setting. Tutors delivering services on behalf of BC must be able to provide services that are responsive to the needs of the child or young person with whom they are providing education. The ASL will be open for new applications from the date of publication of the documents and will remain open for new applications from tutors at any time during the ASL term.
