Description
This tender will be jointly awarded by the National Museums of the Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy, which the latter is leading this tender process. The overall objective is to select a Supplier that gives high confidence of delivering the expected benefits to be derived from the Services on time, on budget and to the required quality. The National Museums requires suppliers that are partners to their businesses by adding strategic value and giving assurance in delivering the agreed outcomes in support of the National Museums’ strategies. The successful Supplier is required to deliver a comprehensive risk-based internal audit service to each of the National Museums that meets the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards, delivering an objective, independent appraisal of activities, including the governance structure and all levels of management. The Supplier will be expected to: Work with the Service Leads and Audit Committees to develop rolling three-year risk-based internal audit strategies and plans which outline the programme of work for each National Museum.
