Description
Devon County Council (the Council) is seeking to engage a suitable advertising and marketing agency to facilitate and administer a commercial advertising scheme for between approximately 70 and 110 roundabouts at various sites across the county. This is a call-off from ESPO Framework 3A-20 - Advertising Solutions - Lot 6 - Management of Commercial Advertising Space for a Concession Contract. The scope of the contract includes sourcing sponsors, and the installation, assembly, maintenance, dismantling and removal of signs as necessary. The number of roundabouts could fluctuate during the period of the Contract as further suitable sites are identified (or removed from the portfolio). Where there are existing sponsors on a roundabout the intention will be to reengage those in the new service and offer continued sponsorship opportunity at a discounted rate (to be agreed with service provider). A list of existing sponsors and related details will be provided at launch of contract.
