Job Title: Advanced Practitioner Rate of Pay: up to £36.00 per hour (Inside IR35) Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, B69 3DE Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Temporary (Agency) 12 weeks with a view to extend Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Registered qualified social worker with substantive managerial experience of working within adult CSWTs. To manage the day to day activities of the team, to support the management team to improvement of key performance and standard within the Rowley Regis CSWT. To active involvement of service delivery to ensure that its aligned with the developing focus of Adult Social Care in Sandwell and supporting with change and transformation. To implement relevant policies and procedures as required. There is an expectation that you would cover/ deputise for the Team Managers within Adult Social Care.
