Description
The Aberdeen City Alcohol and Drugs Partnership requires the provision of an Assertive Outreach Service for people requiring support for problematic drug and alcohol use in identified high-risk groups. This service will focus on providing trauma informed responses and basic support for individuals who have been assessed as high risk.
