Description

This advert is intended to notify potential suppliers of the tender for the A435 Cycleway scheme between Honeybourne Line to Racecourse Roundabout.\r \r The site is found in the north of Cheltenham from Folly Lane (approx. post code GL50 4BY) towards Central Cross Drive (approx. post code GL52 2AL) and extending to Racecourse Roundabout (approx. post code GL50 4QB). This is part of a wider strategic scheme to address the needs of pedestrians and cyclists and create the Gloucestershire Cycle Spine.\r \r The overall scheme will implement a continuous cycleway for cyclists of all ages and abilities between the main hubs of Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud, utilising London Road, Cheltenham Road, B4063, A40 and A435.\r \r This contract is looking for a Principal Contractor to deliver the construction phase of Honeybourne Line to Racecourse Roundabout.
