Description
The Maritime Combat Systems (MCS) - Communications & Situational Awareness team (CSA) Team, part of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (the "Authority") intends to place a new goods contract with Teledyne UK Limited (company number 00432014) for the purchase of the following equipment: (i) 10 x Gyro Meridian Bearing Repeaters, (ii) 15 x Flying Bridge Repeaters; and (iii) 10 x Gyro Repeater Azimuth Circles. The proposed contract will have an estimated total value of £185,000 (excluding VAT). In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 SI No. 2020/1319, this procurement falls to be regulated under the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended (in particular by SI 2020/1319). Prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union is no longer appropriate.
