New paths, surfacing and edgings. • New fencing to playground and community garden. • Supply and installation of play equipment including contractor designed bespoke play equipment. • Site furniture including benches, timber raised planter and lockable store. • New water service and standpipe. • New soft landscaping and planting including 12 months maintenance.
