Description

Project Synopsis: PEMC currently boasts advanced winding capabilities, and we are keen to elevate our operations to encompass complete in-house assembly of electrical machines. To achieve this, we are issuing this tender to procure an automated or semi-automated assembly line. This line will be dedicated to handling the comprehensive assembly process of electrical machines, with a particular focus on the precise fitting of stators into cases and the insertion of rotors. The system must be capable of accommodating both Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) and Surface Permanent Magnet (SPM) rotors, and it must offer flexibility in the assembly processes to adapt to various specifications and production requirements in the field of automotive and aerospace.
